Andrew Goodrich
Andrew is the Chief Portfolio Officer / Chief Risk Officer at Ezra, where he leads operations and credit risk strategy across our portfolios. With over 30 years of experience in consumer finance, he brings deep expertise in designing scalable lending models anchored in robust risk management and operational discipline. Andrew is committed to executional excellence, product integrity, and expanding inclusive access to alternative consumer credit (ACC) markets.
Laurent Dhaeyer
Laurent Dhaeyer is the Chief Operating Officer at Ezra. He has over two decades of experience across digital payments, fintech, and general management in international markets. His career spans senior roles at Geidea, alrajhi bank, Rakuten Europe, and Ogone, alongside an early career at Deloitte. A graduate of HEC Paris and Solvay Brussels School, Laurent brings deep expertise in strategic partnerships, growth, and commercial execution across the Middle East, Asia, and Europe.

Thierry heads Ezra’s global partnerships, sales, and commercial strategy. With over 30 years of experience in digital identity, mobile payments, and inclusive technologies, particularly in emerging markets, he focuses on expanding Ezra’s reach through trusted partnerships and sustainable business models.

Dan leads Ezra’s financial strategy, capital markets activity, and risk management. With deep experience in global fintech, he has a strong track record in fundraising, treasury operations, and driving structured growth.
